Born KaJuan Davance Bivens, Vance, named after his late grandfather, began his career in music with a tale of what is to come. The Chicago native released his first single, ‘Change Your Life’ in 2021, with a riveting, unforgettable melody and lyrics that will inspire anyone. Memorable lyrics have always been Vance’s main selling point since before he was Vance, writing poems to the ladies during grade school. Every word, meaningful, razor sharp, and grin-cracking. 
 Shortly following the inspirational ‘Change Your Life’, came single ‘Room for That’. A tale of losing love and not settling the score. These stories ride smoothly over beautiful dancehall beats produced by some of the most talented upcoming producers from all over the world. Vance first real taste of Afrobeat came with fun song ‘Fake’, which captures the listeners ear the moment it comes on. 
 Staying true to his upbringing, Vance decided to go all in with the world vibes and began to master the voice that will soon make him internationally recognized. Inspired by talents like Davido, Burna Boy, and American artist Yung Bleu, Vance is set to take the world by storm in 2022 with single ‘Aura’ releasing in April.
