Ascension the Musical tells the story of the last 40 days of Jesus Christ’s time on earth, from the His "death" on the Cross through to his final Ascension. 
 The composite concept album on Spotify is supported by a stage script for a theatrical stage production. A screenplay for a movie production has also been created. 
 Ascension the Musical was scripted and composed by Andre Pienaar, arranged by Tony Drake and recorded in Cape Town South Africa with the support of a locally assembled studio cast. 
 Andre was born in Germiston South Africa and currently lives in Langley, BC, Canada.
