S.W.A.Y is a hispanic hip-hop artist in the DMV (DC,MD,VA). Born in El Salvador and raised in Silver Spring, MD. Grew up with a passion for writing music starting at the age of 10. Crafting his talent from such a young age has allowed him to perfect his craft. He has a rare versatility and His music reflects the street life, a young man's dream and his own thoughts about life. 
 Earning shows and radios spins from coast to coast for his most successful mixtapes “The Black & Red Tape” which was released in 2011 and “I Lived It , I Wrote It.” In 2012 S.W.A.Y was at the peak of his career after releasing his single “Bet Dat” featuring DMV native “Fat Trel”. Later in 2014 S.W.A.Y decided to give music a rest due to personal reasons. In 2017 he decided to release “The Black & Red 2” which was music gathered up throughout his of lost time. Came back early 2019 with project “XXVII” (Pieces Of My Life) , now with his latest project “Last Dance” LP It’s hard for anyone to doubt his rise towards the top. S.W.A.Y Along side 848 has opened up for artist such as Scarface, Cuban Link, Jim Jones, Fat Trel, Jadakiss, Pusha T, G-Dep, Afrika Bambatta, and Graff just to name a few.
