In 2002, Marlon Weiss launched the project DJ Xelerator. Initially, it was just DJing at home, but in 2003 he made his first steps of his own music production. Thereby the name Xelerator (derived from Accelerator) constantly should say it all. After the first remix release in the year 2005, he finally released his first own single. Numerous remixes and singles followed from then. After a creative break for the project (to devote to other musical genres with the side project Marlon White) 2013 Xelerator revived and came back with the single "Into Dawn". Being influenced by (Hard) Trance, House and Dance music, Xelerator alias Marlon Weiss worked in his studio to create something new, which follows both the rough sound of Electro House and Complextro and the melodic approach of Trance and Dance music. The result is a mix of these genres, which sounds fresh, innovative and new - without confusing the listener in the same moment. Another influence is mirrored by the vocals. While this type of epic, mystic vocals is originated in Hardstyle music, “Into Dawn” proves that these dark, powerful vocals can be optimally embedded in other genres. From then, various remixes and singles were and will be released continuously.
