Walt Miller is a pop and r&b singer and songwriter from the Jersey Shore. He is a lover of jazzy chords and soaring melodies and aims to write music that sits in the balance between them. As a young independent artist and worship leader, Walt Miller is on a journey to create songs that bridge the gap between the sound of the music that inspires him and the lyrics that point to the hope and faith in Jesus Christ and the values he lives by. While balancing his studies in college pursuing an architectural degree, Walt wrote and produced body, soul & spirit – the ep alongside his brother, Jake, in a makeshift studio set up at their parent’s house. This project displays his musical creativity in combining jazzy, r&b sounds with inspirational lyrics about the love of Jesus he has experienced in his own life. Since then, he wrote and featured on the single RIDE OR DIE with Andrew Narvaez, written and released songs with Cornerstone Worship, and joined as part of the Maverick City Music choir for the recording of the Grammy-award winning album “Old Church Basement” and "Jubilee: Juneteenth Edition".
