Hailing from the So-Cal gem of San Diego, CA - Mitch Dodge has found himself dead center in the melting pot of the Electronic Music scene. Our story begins at the age of 14, Mitch predominantly played drums & percussion spanning across multiple projects, his inspiration spans from various genres and eras as early as 60’s Rock and Funk, to 80’s Electronic and 90’s Hip-Hop, he has always had a natural love and passion for music. Fast forward to now, Mitch has been at the forefront of Electronic music, specifically Tech House, House, and Dance Music. With his first major EP landing #1 on the Beatport top 100 on Desert Hearts Records, and is making sure his sound is heard far throughout the airwaves. Other notable releases Mitch has had include Dirtybird, SNOE, Box of Cats, Space Yacht, as well as Music is 4 Lovers where Mitch also contributes his work as an Editor and Audio Engineer for MI4L Records. No stranger to the decks, Mitch is also making heads turn with his DJ set’s, having played festivals such as Desert Hearts, Dirtybird Campout, and venues like NOVA, Bang Bang, Spin Nightclub, Deadringer, Area 15, Mitch Dodge is not a set you want to miss on any lineup.
