Born and raised in Gunsite Road Brittons Hill st michael this entertainer began his career while attending Parkinson Memorial School. Lamar "Maloneyy" Blaggrove started out playing drums at Pineland's Creative Workshop. He frequently played various instruments such as the piano, the recoder and drums ."Maloneyy" made the transition from instruments to vocalist out of curiosity, mastering his voice. In 2009 and as a result made his debut performance on stage as an entertainer. In 2010 he guest appeared at the Digicel Reggae Beach Party sharing the stage with Mr Vegas,Ding Dong,Konshens and Pamputae the following year he appeared on the show again this time with dance hall Legends Beenie man and Lady Saw. Pleasing his fans he released tracks after tracks giving him the opputunity to also share the stage with Hip Hop Stars Kardinal Official and Young Money's Tyga from Lil Wayne's Label .Then in 2018 he made his way onto the soca scene with his hit "Who Drinking" on the Party Life Riddim and for the past 14 years developing his career he performed around Barbados's best night clubs
