Yutaka Ito, a 20 year old artist drawing influence from the vast genres of dancehall, reggaeton, afrobeat and j-pop in hopes to merge his cultures of Japanese and Malaysian with the modern sounds of Latin America. Yutaka started experimenting with his unique sound in 2019 and thus released Coco, Falling In Love, Hitomi and Sakura. From a linguistic perspective, Yutaka utilises Japanese, Chinese, Malay and English lyrics which allure his audiences from all sorts of ethnic backgrounds. Through the drive, passion and encouragement from his friends, Yutaka has confidence in his music and embarks on his musical journey hoping to inspire and learn along his way to success.
