As the only son of 3 children and the oldest sibling he spent most of his teenage years in the city streets. After his best friend Malcolm was killed from street violence, Johnny moved to New Orleans Louisiana where he lived a life that eventually got him a prison sentence for drug trafficking and possession with intent in a Louisiana correctional facility. After Johnny was released he moved back to the midwest and vowed to follow his passion of creating a label to pull more individuals out of the streets and into the studio.
