Jamario Curry, also known as Rico Adamaís, is an Unsigned Independent Artist from the Chicago’s 290 West Side, Garfield area. The start of his musical endeavors began around the age of six, when he began writing poetry that later formed into lyrics. His father, Christopher Curry (better known as Big Dawg) was in and out of his life due to being incarcerated. Despite this, they always had an unbreakable bond with one another. While being raised by his mother Camillia Woods, Rico fell into the street life at a young age on the 40th block of Karlov & Lexington (Garfield Park area). As he embraced the streets labeling himself as “The Heart of the Trenches,” Rico also took to rapping. He began collaborating with major artists such as Lil Tjay, the late King Von, Jagged Edge etc. Rico plans to continue pursuing his dreams and blowing up in the music industry. His music influences are Lil Durk (partially related), the late King Von, Tupac, Biggie Smalls, DMX, Polo G, Juice WRLD, Eminem, Chance The Rapper, G Herbo, Tee Grizzley and many more.
