2020 turned out to be JohnLion’s most productive year of his music career. In March 2020, the singer decides to fly to Leonberg, Germany, to work with the producers FOOS on new music. Due to the outbreak of the coronavirus, his stay gets compulsorily extended – he has to stay at least five weeks longer than expected. According to the motto “Diamonds are made under pressure” the musician and the producer duo FOOS work really hard and transform their negative experiences into something positive: the release of ‘Isaiah:61’ forms the highlight of the time in self-quarantine. Only one week after, JohnLion suprises his fans with another release: ‘Rubberband’. The outcome of almost two months of hard work during the crisis of covid-19: many singles and also a new album to come in 2020.
