Born Antonio Hendricks, the New Jersey native Raw Deal Da Don (R3-D) rise to music success was not a easy one. He never anticipated that music was his calling. “I always loved music. It was apart of me. It made me whole. Something just told me to try it and so I started writing songs. And from there it just grew” He along with several friends from the neighborhood formed the Rap group, State 2 State and recorded and released their first mixtape entitled: S2S The Family Part 1. The mixtape hit the streets in late 2002. With mediocore sales, the State to State crew went back to the drawing board and later realesed another mixtape entitled The Family Part 2: Same Hustle, Different Day witch was released in early 2004. The mixtape did extreamly well in the soundclick charts reaching # 23 after debuting at # 56. R3-D is a vastly growing artist with a sound that is much unlike any other in the game today.
