Four times Grammy nominee, the ONLY chart topping instrumental artist in AC and Top 40 charts. Guitarist Vlad took the industry by a storm. Born in Ukraine this American guitarist has carved his way in the jungle of music by bringing new hits, new sound and new music to the scene. Alumni of Berklee College of Music and taught by legendary Mike Stern and John Abercrombie while living in NYC in the early 90s, Vlad was very well equipped for the performances. His debut album "Vladosphere" (Orpheus, EMI) went to the top of the charts bypassing artists such as Phil Collins and John Mayer. His brilliant acoustic guitar album "Sun In Capricorn" had earned a Grammy nomination. Reintroducing slide guitar blues with the Hollywood's Patrick Bergin and singer Josie Aiello he created a top charting band "Jacks Last Dollar" and continues to create his own blues with the latest "Blues" album. Vlad also worked in the role of a producer and composer with such artists as Antonia Bennett (Tony Bennett), Ray Brown Jr., Katy Perry, Billy Sheehan, Pat Mastelotto & Tony Levin and others. In 2014 Vlad had became an ambassador of Berklee College of Music and established American Music Academy (AMA) to bring the legendary music education to Eastern Europe. Vlad holds board of advisors position for New York Youth Orchestra at Carnegie Hall (NYC, USA) and Chops Academy (Santa Rosa, CA, USA).
