Ross Casey is an upcoming electronic artist, composer, and songwriter whose music spans across video game soundtracks, theme parks, and beyond. His work blends an array of genres—ranging from orchestral and jazz to hip hop and rock—infused with his classical music background. With formal training in viola and piano and a graduate degree in classical composition, he seamlessly integrates his classical roots with his passion for electronic music production. Whether working on orchestral epics or electronic pop songs, he dedicates himself fully to the creative process, refining each track with a meticulous attention to detail to produce music rich in lush instrumentation and evocative melodies. His music is featured at an attraction at the Lewa Adventure amusement park in Xi’an China. In 2016, he was a finalist in the Above and Beyond "Blue Sky Action" Remix Contest. In 2020 he was nominated for a Game Audio Network Guild award for his remix of “Aquatic Ambiance” from the Donkey Kong Country soundtrack. Since early 2021, Ross has been living abroad in Shanghai, and has been composing music for various video games including Torchlight Infinite, T3 Arena, Sword of Convallaria, Flash Party, and others. His song “I Don’t Wanna Be Alone This Christmas”, written for T3 Arena, was well-loved by fans for its touching melody and emotion.
