Smartalec On The Track was born Alec Daniel Sartain on November 28, 1991 on Thanksgiving morning in Kansas City, MO. Growing up his grandfather played piano in a band named "Butch & The Bunch" who taught him piano & music theory. Fast forward a few years and Alec got his hands on Fruity Loops Studio 3, he then began sound programming & taking the steps towards engineering.
