Nicolas Africanus Gjefle is a composer, live musician and multi-instrumentalist from Oslo, Norway. Starting out as a drummer in various bands from age 10 and forward, he then moved on to experimenting with synthesizers, samplers, electronics and organs, and started composing and recording music at a young age. Throughout the teens, stringed instruments (electric guitars, 12 string acoustic guitar, electric mandolin, zither, viola and bass guitar) and how to sonically manipulate them became the main interest. Beside his solo-projects, Nicolas can also be seen and heard on various instruments in The Fucking What, The Band Skunk and Velour Pockets. He joined Le Corbeau on guitar in 2018 and toured Europe with them in November 2019. He has also composed music for performances and theaters, and collaborated with a handful of artists and bands.
