Born in Swansea, Wales, Gareth Lewis is a country, blues and rock influenced artist, who inherited his influences from his music loving parents. Gareth honed his guitar skills under the guidance of his dad, and found the perfect outlet for his creativity and emotional struggles in songwriting. Gareth writes from the heart. His songs deal with the human condition, with underlying themes of hope and resilience. His blend of gritty, country blues and introspective ballads, perfectly reflect his multifaceted personality. Since 2018, Gareth has released two successful EPs and a string of stand-alone singles, which have been regularly featured and playlisted on BBC Radio, Planet Rock Radio and many country radio stations worldwide. He has been a finalist in the Nashville based International Songwriting Competition, had a co-written song placed in an advert for Porsche (starring Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter), and is an experienced and passionate performer who has played all over the UK, Europe and Africa.
