I was born into a dynasty of musicians. Already my grandpa and my father were professionals. We had a piano at home and I used to play already as a child. I sang in the choir of my school and founded my first band at the age of 13. We played the songs of the Beatles, Kinks and Rolling Stones. Since then I always had a band to play with.In the late 60ties I took part in the Hippie movement. We enjoyed to improvise for hours. During the 70ties I studied Psychology and Philosophy but my music was more important. I met my old friend Rolf Köhler and I joined his band Kentucky. We started several projects and one day by chance we created together with Dieter Bohlen the sound of Modern Talking. For the next 17 years I took part in many productions of Dieter Bohlen. End of 2003 Thomas Widrat, Rolf Köhler, Detlef Wiedeke and I started Systems in Blue. 2007 our friend Rolf died. Under shock and grief we made a stop but after some years we decided to produce a new album. With the help of Olaf Senkbeil and Johann Perrier we succeeded to release Back in Blue in 2015, 2017 the 3rd SIB album Melange Bleu, 2019 the EP BLUE HORIZONS and the 4th album BLUE UNIVERSE in 2020. During this wonderful collaboration, Johann and I had the idea for the creation of new songs in Deep/Tropical House style. The idea of MS PROJECT & MICHAEL SCHOLZ was born. Here are our results !
