Aracy was born in Pernambuco, Brazil to a farming family of Portuguese and Brazilian Indigenous. She grew up singing and learning piano. Later she studied music at the University in Rio de Janeiro . After more than a decade working in the studio and writting songs for other artists, now is the time to step forward and start her own career as an artist herself.
