Brooklyn Native, DJ and producer, Marc a.k.a. Light Heart and formerly known as HŸPNØTÏX got swept up by house music in his younger years. Wit fond memories as a pre-teen listening to House, Freestyle, and all Spanish influences, it is fair to say not many discover their passions quite as early as he did. With an early interest in djaying at only 10 years old, it wouldn’t be long into his teenage years before he’d develop an insatiable thirst for crate digging. Today, he focuses on pushing infectious dance grooves into all spectrums. His tracks go from the deeper end of downtempo and breaks through to the tougher grooves of house and techno. He commits to never forcing himself into one style.He focuses energy through different BPMs and grooves, focusing on telling a story through all of his works as well as Dj sets. These days, he can be found locked away in his studio, jamming together ideas and carving out his deep signature analog synth-lines and funky dance grooves for his next upcoming release. Also can be found out and about getting inspired at venues like Brooklyn Mirage, House Of Yes, Elsewhere Space , TBA Brooklyn and more.
