D.I.M.E (Dope Industry Music Ent.) focused on what it means to be a diamond; the extreme pressure you must go through to be cut for success. During the time of this album, J Plug was signed to "Tha Panel" which was owned by Big Knuck - a influential black activist of his community and successful musician - and even created the name for this album before his tragic passing. This album is dedicated to him while also getting the message across that hating will never be enough to stop what is destined to influence, motivate, and inspire.
