Born Deshon Antwoine Garth, Shon Dee has been an active force in Southern rap music since his humble beginnings in 2005, from rocking out shows in the hottest clubs in Germany, to rocking venues like the House of Blues in San Diego.. Born and raised in Decatur, Alabama, Shon Dee has always had an appreciation for the craft of music. Shon Dee is a talented songwriter and producer, starting off co-producing "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" inspired single "So Fresh" for another Decatur, Alabama underground legend SPiZ THE WiZ, honing his craft even further in Dexheim, Germany, teaming up with producers DJ Quest and Wail J, where he was stationed in 2006, forming the group TME Germany, which released his first project "Love & Desire". Shon then went on to San Diego in 2010, here he teamed up with San Diego rapper Rob G. and another fellow Decatur, Alabama rapper and family member Prince D. to form the group N3WBR33D to which he co-wrote the singles "2 15s", "Get It On The Floor", "Walk Wit A Dip", "Smoke My Smoke 2.0" and more. It was this time that Shon Dee decided to start experimenting on YouTube as TheeShonDee in an effort to attract more listeners. In 2013 he returned to Alabama, this time settling in Huntsville where he recorded the singles "Snacks", "Kool-aid", Trigger Finger" and "Don't Worry Bout It".
