StizzZ is a Nashville, TN based artist, with flows reminiscent of legends. With the attack-like approach of Nas & early-Eminem, StizzZ presents a combination of lyrical story telling with soulful vibes akin to a Mac Miller or J. Cole. "I've been making music since I was 8 honestly, that's when I wrote my first verse. It was a diss on my lil brother. It was hilarious, I still remember it. I used to study Eminem's bars to the point that I would rewind his tracks over & over, writing down the lyrics as I went through each song. I was so impressed by the way he used words. It seemed like a game to him with the tricks he would use; the illiterations, the symbolism, the precise placement of his rhymes or the emphasis he put on certain words to make a flow or a rhyme work. He had a lot of fun with it & I wanted to be able to do it like that. I listened to a lot of 50 Cent, Kanye, Nelly, Chingy, T.I. Ludacris, Nas.. Nowadays its more Caskey, Russ, Felly, J. Cole, Cyhi Da Prynce, still a lot of the old school mixed in. I was brought up during what I think has been the best era of hiphop. I know that's saying a lot but I think it's true."
