Sammy Notez , born Samuel Genao, is an independent Singer songwriter, Composer based out of New York City. Born and raised in the big Apple from Dominican parents, Sammy from a very young age discovered his musical abilities. He started his musical journey at the age of 12 when he discovered Is idol Marc Anthonys’ music and with the the most passionate teachers, he became one of the youngest singers to be recognized by the city of New York. . Throughout his early years ,he continued to develop his craft by participating in the most prestigious choirs , winner of a variety of awards for vocals feats and developing into one of the most powerful voices of his generation. With over 16 years of classical vocal training under the guidance of Dr.Boris B. Buriev PHD, Sammy took his talents to the main screen in the Hit Latin Vocal competition OBJETIVÓ FAMA on UNIVISIÓN In 2008 where he stood out in the top 4 in NYC and top 7 nationwide. In 2009 , he joined forces with Multi-Award wining Producer and musician Lenny Santos ,of the Multi-record breaking bachata group AVENTURA, to form part of the bachata group D’el3memt/Vena. Today , Sammy has collaborated with over 50+ artist from all over the globe and it’s considered on of the finest voices of his generation . He now wishes to share his gift with the world and keep uplifting the Latin community and inspire the younger generation to follow an artistic path
