Ralph Burnett, better known by his stage name Johnny Dough, is an American rapper, songwriter and music publisher from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Born and raised in West Philadelphia, he gained notoriety in 2016 with his first EP titled 5 For 20 on the mymixtapez app when it garnered close to 14,000 hits independently. He started his own record label Alpha Male Records LLC in 2020 and been releasing his music through his own record company independently ever since. In 2012 Johnny Dough released his first mixtapes CCM Volume One and I Am Prodoughcall via DatPiff. In 2014 he released his first single The Wire. In 2016 he released an EP titled 5 For 20 as well as two singles Trappin Dabbin and Rolling. In 2017 he released another EP titled 3 For 10 as well as a single called State Road Stories. In 2018 he released another EP titled CCM 1.7, a mixtape titled Fr3:bas3 as well as a single titled Nights No Lights which reflects on him and his family growing up in poverty. In 2019 he released an EP titled Dough Season. 2020 was fairly quiet as Johnny Dough only released two singles called Typa Love and Emoji in which he received a lot of positive feedback on the single Emoji. 2021 Johnny Dough went hard releasing two mixtapes titled CCM 1.7 Crack Files, Am I My Brothas Keeper with his blood brother Calli Flo as well as four singles titled Friday, Goodfellas, Boomerang and All Hustle.
