Self Spoken Lau is a Brooklyn based rapper. He was a heavy listener of rap growing up thanks to his older brothers. He discovered his talents in his early youth but decided to pursue the career many years later. His primary goal is to become the greatest lyricist he can be, as well as making good music for people to enjoy. He is a founder of the Self Spoken Sound record label. Its acts include himself, SelfSpoken Tj, Brotegé, Marc $tacks, and DJMASTERJAMES. Self Spoken Lau and DJMASTERJAMES released an EP titled “The Start Up” with the former performing all songs while the latter is responsible for the production.
