Frank Wizardd, a Milanese musician, embarked on his musical odyssey at the tender age of eight. His inaugural symphony was birthed from the keys of a Bontempi System Five keyboard, immortalized on a cassette tape as his debut album. As the nineties unfurled, Frank ascended as the charismatic lead of myriad rock and pop cover bands, simultaneously delving into the pulsating heart of electronic and techno music. This era marked his foray into the avant-garde, fusing samplers and computers to sculpt unprecedented auditory experiences. The year 2008 heralded a pivotal chapter as Frank melded his talents with the psychedelic rock dub ensemble Liquid Rainbow, assuming the dual mantle of vocalist and keytarist. His tenure with the band was marked by a prolific output of albums and EPs that graced various international labels from 2010 to 2024. Venturing solo, Frank unleashed the techno house EP “Me” under the aegis of Power House Records in 2019. This was swiftly followed by a duo of electronic-house odysseys, “Daydream” in 2020 and “Light Trails City” in 2021, both under the banner of Geomagnetic Records. Currently, Frank Wizardd is weaving the sonic tapestry for the forthcoming Liquid Rainbow album while concurrently crafting and composing fresh, solo material destined to resonate with aficionados and neophytes alike.
