Living in Japan in a one room apartment, inspired by the riddims coming from Helgeland 8-Bit Squad, Jody Bigfoot started to pen the foundations of the internationally collaborative project - Trinity Lo Fi. The sudden death of a best friend brought the wandering Sasquatch back to the UK, where he was able to link back up with the local prodigy Zico MC, a child hood friend who soon became the magic dust that would begin a long line of creative spirits to complete the Trinity. As the Bigfoot continues to wander the globe and collaborate, producing full LP’s alongside producers from France, Australia, Germany, Norway, Scotland and Italy, the energy of the Trinity is spreading with it’s unique approach to rap and reggae. Riding instrumentals from reggae to trap to 8-bit alongside a global family of guest vocalists, Trinity Lo Fi’s mission statement is to produce positive vibes with a philosophical and existential backbone that cuts through the relentless noise of meaningless ego rap. As this project evolves they are proving no signs of slowing the work rate and distinctly diverse range of genres approached. Originally signed to Soom T's Renegade Masters and now running things independently with "Bigfoot's Bento", the journey is just beginning... Jody Bigfoot directs and edits all of his own large catalogue of music videos and has recently returned from a two month trip to Japan to film an album length movie for the upcoming album "DUSZT".
