All my life I've been driven by the need to create. I've had my writing published, sold my outsider art at fairs & festivals, acted in countless productions, run my own theatre company, done poetry readings and performance art, created mixed-media sculptures, and programmed five different internet radio stations. My one creative regret was that I couldn't make music. Music is like magic to me. It hurt that I couldn't communicate on a musical level. In 2021 I vowed to change that. I bought a used synthesizer, enrolled in a course on music theory, and set up a home recording studio. The result is my latest project X PERRY MENTAL MUSIC.
