Biography

Martin Joey Dine is a French piano player, producer award-winner, composer and arranger born in Montmorency the 1st February 1992. He started the piano classes with Thomas Popovic at 6 then with Jean-Christophe Briant and Laurent Desmurs around the age of 12 years old. 
 At Jazz à Tours with Guillaume De Chassy, the CRR of Paris with Benjamin Moussay, Carine Bonnefoy, Emil Spanyi. The Conservatorium van Amsterdam with Rob Van Bavel, Hans Vroomans, Harmen Fraanje and Karel Boehlee or Temple University with Terell Stafford , Dick Oatts , Rodney Green, Bruce Barth, Tom Lawton, Tim Brey. 
 His influences comes from Red Garland, Wynton Kelly to Michel Petrucciani, Neil Schmitt. 
 He played among others with Othello Ravez, John Swana, Baptiste Herbin, Joachim Govin, Joe LaBarbera, Roope Kantonen or Pierre Balda and a lot of great jazz musicians and friends. 
 His music is mostly happy or dark but always enjoyable and innovative. In 2013 he created the SHOBO with songs like Side Car or Jordu - Remix. A new style. A gift to the world made out of equity, joy and peace. 
 Animated by the research of new ideas and concept, Martin supported by his label Anagram Paris releases a new Audio K7 tape titled "Peace Love Shobo" on June, 5 2023.
