You could say that Brady Seals' music is “in his blood,” as he is related to industry heavyweights including Jimmy Seals (Seals & Crofts), Dan Seals (England Dan & John Ford Coley), and songwriters Troy Seals (Songwriting Hall of Famer) and Chuck Seals. Seals has sold over 11 million albums and topped three genres simultaneously. He is best known for his six-year tenure in Little Texas. They were voted the ACM’s "Vocal Group of the Year" and received two Grammy nominations. The band celebrated three consecutive number-one hits with “What Might Have Been,” “God Blessed Texas” and “My Love,” all of which Seals co-wrote, granting him the ASCAP “Triple Play Award.” After Little Texas, Seals collaborated with the legendary Rodney Crowell for two solo records. His first single featured a duet with Wynonna Judd, “Another You, Another Me”. In 2002 Seals formed Hot Apple Pie (DreamWorks). The band became the highest-selling debut country group in the Neilson Soundscan era with their single “Hillbillies Love It In The Hay”. In 2018 Brady and Lua Crofts (daughter of Darrell "Dash" Crofts) formed the duo Seals & Crofts 2. When he’s not performing solo or with Lua, he's the frontman for a Tom Petty tribute band called The Petty Junkies. The group is comprised of the who's who of Nashville studio musicians. In 2024 Seals released a new collection of music called Misfits Vol 1 and was inducted into the Ohio Country Music Hall of Fame.
