Biography

Nataniel Edelman is a pianist, composer and improviser from Buenos Aires, Argentina. One of the most active artists of the Buenos Aires' Jazz and Creative music scene. He has played and recorded with dozens of groups and musicians from the Buenos Aires music scene. He has played concerts with international artists such as Dave Douglas, Michael Formanek, Tony Malaby, Gerald Cleaver, Michael Attias, Tim Berne, Rudy Royston and others, both in Buenos Aires and in New York. He leads a trio with jazz masters Michael Formanek and Michael Attias. Their first record “Un Ruido de Agua” was released by Clean Feed records in October 2023. He also leads a trio in Buenos Aires with Sergio Verdinelli on drums and Santiago Lamisovski on bass, playing Edelman’s compositions. Their album "Perecedero" was released in March 2024 by Blue Art Records ------------- Nataniel Edelman es hoy en día uno de los pianistas más activos de la escena musical jazzística y de música creativa de la ciudad de Buenos Aires. Actualmente lidera un trío junto a Formanek y Attias con quienes grabó “Un Ruido de Agua” editado por el prestigioso sello Clean Feed. "Perecedero" (Blue Art Records) un nuevo material junto a su trío con el gran baterista Sergio Verdinelli y Santiago Lamisovski en contrabajo.
