Anita Jaxson is an upcoming Zimbabwean Singer/ Songwriter, who is part of the next generation of artists that is redefining the Zimbabwean music scene. Anita brings an urban sound that is undeniably unique, embodying a fusion of dancehall, RnB and Hip hop genres. Her passion and dedication to music has seen her breakout with less than 3 songs being released, her sudden presence in the Zimbabwe music space has been welcomed with open arms, seeing her following grow by the day. Her lyrics are fueled by her passion as she takes us through her journey, environment, experiences and future aspirations. Being blessed with writing abilities from a young age she has used this to express herself in her songs and performances. All this has led to the success of her songs like Duffle Bag, Numb, and Telephone Loving. Anita focus is currently on working hard and putting out music that represents herself, fellow artists, and country well- whilst promoting the movement currently shaping music in Zimbabwe.
