Elisabetta Guglielmin, after studying piano, turned her attention to early music, achieving her Diploma in harpsichord with the highest marks. She became a pupil of Kenneth Gilbert at Accademia Musicale Chigiana of Siena, where she obtained a Diploma of Merit and, after the final examination, she received an Honours Diploma and the “Emma Contestabile Scholarship”. From 1997 to 2001 she also specialised with Kenneth Gilbert at the Universität Mozarteum in Salzburg. She has given numerous concerts both in Baroque ensembles and in recital in the some of the most prestigious European concert halls: Sala Verdi, Milan, for the Società del Quartetto (with the live broadcast on RadioTre); the Fondazione Cini, Venice; Saletta Brittoni, Treviso; Teatro allo Spasimo, Palermo; Teatro Sangiorgi, Catania; Saletta dell’Associazione Clavicembalistica, Bologna; Villa della Regina, Turin; Atelier von Nagel, Paris; Wiener Saal of the Mozarteum, Salzburg; Kristienhovs Malmgår Stockholm, Leipzig Germany, Bach Fest Leipzig, Cologne Alte Musik Festival (Viersen) Köthen Castle, Greece; Bulgaria and United States. She is exclusive artist of the label OnClassical for which has recorded the Jacquet de La Guerre: Pièces de clavecin, Books 1 & 2; J.S. Bach: Goldberg Variations, BWV 988 & Aria variata, BWV 989; Couperin: L'art de toucher le clavecin & Pièces de clavecin (Excerpts). Elisabetta teaches Harpsichord at Aimart in Roma and at N. Sala Music Conservatory in Benevento.
