Faja the Poet's story begins on the streets of San Bernardino, CA where he was an established spoken word poet in the community. He gained his stage experience and flow through his many performances at schools, churches, and even city events. It wasn't until 2015 when he linked up with LFTDBRGD, a collective of artists/producers already existing in the city, did he begin putting out music and begin his musical journey. Creating music with a deep, positive message, Faja the Poet attempts to paint the different phases of life with his own paintbrush giving us a unique sound that rides the line between the new wave and what made music of the last decade so expressive and artistic.
