Myx Quest is a London and Accra based multi award winning Producer, Composer, Writer and Musician delivering records influenced by various genres and eras including Afrobeats, RnB, Classical & Gospel though regardless of the genre his sound has a consistent “Myx Quest signature” noticeable throughout. He has worked with a vast range of artists across genres including Solange , Angel , Camidoh , Kelvyn Boy, Dréya Mac , Sarkodie , Dice Ailes , Efya , Wiley and Ayanna Witter-Johnson just to name a few and has had consistent radio support from BBC Radio 1 (BBC Introducing), 1Xtra (including Hotshot of the Week on the Official Afrobeats Chart Show) and Capital Xtra. He also composes instrumental pieces with his main instrument being keyboard / piano accompanied by strings, voice etc. His music Producer inflences include Quincy Jones, Pharrell Williams and Timbaland, and Composers Robert Glasper , Frédéric Chopin , Hans Zimmer and Karl Jenkins as well as sounds from Ghanaian Hi-Life and Nigerian Fuji music.
