2020 was the year when Manuel Blanco decided to stop, rethink and restart his way to express his devotion to electronic music, techno and club culture. A whole process of synthesis and reconceptualization had started, in order to sum up and develop the best of his learning after more than two decades into the scene. That’s how DORHG became his brand new aka and Atroc Records, his own imprint, was founded. DORHG, born in Ciudad Real (Spain), produces meticulous and profound techno, exploring the boundaries of what can be heard and danced, and beyond that, what can be really felt into the core of each of us. What moves you is what DORHG tries to guess in each and every detail of what he does in the studio. Without having any rush to be in the media or to expose his sound beyond those who really appreciate it, DORHG's new stage is day by day gaining strength, solid connections and, on top of it, brilliant releases, appeared in labels such as Analog Section, NODE Recordings, West Rules, Cinetica Inerte, Dust Trax and, of course, his own label Atroc Records. Manuel Blanco’s trajectory has led him to play in places such as Family Club, Platform7, Hangar, Utopia or La Riviera, and in venues such as CODE, Tecnolove or NODE Barcelona. He has shared the booth with artists that shaped many careers around the world, names as relevant as Robert Hood, Dave Clarke, Ben Sims, Oscar Mulero, Surgeon, Reeko, Exium or Mark Broom.
