Waldo has been pushing the limits as a bilingual rap artist, TV star and event host since 2012 in Taipei. After cofounding the world's first acapella rap battle competition--Diss RBL--Dallas became a familiar face on stages, and screens around Asia. Diss RBL helped numerous artists reach unforeseen heights, including Kumachan, 春艷, and Q毛萬. Waldo's breakout project Ear Food was produced by Huangfu, a well respected producer who has made beats for the likes of 臭屁嬰仔, 婁峻碩 & 高爾宣 OSN. The lead track Stinky Tofu featured MC Stretch, the legendary main stage MC of Tomorrowland, and the video was a hit in Taiwan with fans and media. It was distributed by the Singaporean label, Umami Records. As a rap artist, Dallas always gives respect, but does not constrict his musical style to the confines of the hip hop genre. For example, Waldo collaborated with VINEM on "Love You No More" and has performed at numerous large scale EDM events, including Taipei Ultra, and Daydream Shanghai. The "One Take Gili Meno Mixtape" explored acoustic crossovers and has been well received by audiences around the world. Waldo also appeared on the first season show "Rap of China" among 1200 Chinese rappers including VaVa, Jony J & MC Jin, and even collaborated with 艾熱AIR before he became the champion on season 2 of Rap of China. Dallas is currently based in his hometown of Norfolk, Ontario. For more info, check out these links: https://linktr.ee/dallaswaldo
