Within the last few years I have worked hard to create a path for myself as a singer & songwriter. I'm from a small town in upstate NY where aspiring to be a recording artist is not the typical dream that surrounds you. My most natural talents, like singing, weren't highly recognized because it wasn't often that my voice was even shared with others. Thats right. I spent the majority of my life being a "closet singer". It wasn't until my 20's that I realized I was just as capable of creating music that speaks to others as anyone else I had looked up to or idolized in the past. I started writing music for me. To help me, to challenge me, to give me an outlet. Now I'm taking that same music and openly sharing it with you. I write music that is true to me in one way or another, so when I publicly release a song, I am also releasing portions of my personal life with you. I do this with hopes that it has the power to inspire connections or guide others to a place where they can feel relatable.
