Australian-based producer, DJ, and musician Ed Temple creates musical musings inspired by 'post-disco' something, something. An artist with a love for vintage synthesizers, spring reverb, live musicians and classic drum machines, he is driven by a lifelong pursuit: to create music that moves the body and touches the soul. Temple has warmed up for countless underground A-list artists touring Australia, including Rick Wilhite, Luke Una, Osunlade, Trus’me, Rahaan, Alkalino, Hidden Spheres, and Harvey Sutherland among others. He has also left his mark on numerous festivals and nightclubs across the country. Ed Temple performs his original music with an 8-piece band, called TEMPLE MAGIC ORCHESTRA (yes this is a nod to those Japanese pioneers). This ensemble delivers live house music with only drum machines for backing tracks, featuring a string trio, a full horn section, live percussion, keys and dubdy FX filling out the rest.
