Ray Vida is a vocalist, producer and audio engineer from Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Having a wide scope of influences between many styles and ages is clearly reflected in his genre diverse tracks. With influences from Mac Miller and Dr. Dre to Michael Jackson, his blends of both modern and old school hip-hop and pop really shine through on tracks such as ‘Mamacita’ and ‘Goodbye. Both these are featured on his latest project ’The Catalogue’, a collaborative effort between Ray and Don Faro, his good friend and co-founder of his start-up record label ’Never Lose Records’. To Ray, every song is his baby and he takes his craft seriously, which is why he got a degree in audio engineering to take full control of the process from conception to the the final master.
