Born Malcolm Neville Sables, the performing artist known as M3lky021, hails from Kensington, Western Cape, South Africa, also known as "The State". He is an up and coming Emcee that is preparing to make waves in the city of Cape Town and beyond. A versatile emcee who’s comfortable on any kind of beat. He was inspired early on by artists such as 2pac, Eminem, DMX, Redman, Jay Z, Kurt Cobain, Linkin Park and The Wu Tang Clan, he developed a style of writing and rapping that was a hybrid of styles and one all his own. In 2017, Melky dropped his debut EP,#NoFavours, available for free download and stream on Audiomack and SoundCloud. A project that took 6 months to complete but that he feels was actually 15 years in the making.
