She is always hungry for new ways of challenging her skills as vocalist, songwriter and lyricist. Through her musical journey she has gone from being a much acclaimed jazz diva to a singer and songwriter in her own right. She has garnered high critical praise for her albums and is a unique voice on the Scandinavian music scene. Her most recent release in her own name is Du går ind ad en dør from 2018,which is her third release in her native tongue Danish. A new album is on its way. First single "Hey Gud" is out Febr. 24, 2023. Vaering has also released several albums in English and even one in Spanish. Some albums are released under band names: the selftitled Tone of Voice Orchestra (2022) was released to raving international reviews and airplay in 25 countries. The Tone of Voice Orchestra album won a Danish Music Award as "best vocal jazz release of 2022", and was also nominated in 3 roots categories. She released 2 albums with Offpiste Gurus (with awardwinning jazz saxophonist Fredrik Lundin ) She has also recorded under the names Oh Purity and in Spanish with Dos Mundos Desde El Norte….
