Idowu Oladare known professionally as Dare Sweet is a Nigerian Independent singer, songwriter and recording artist. The Nigeria-born singer/songwriter Dare Sweet's musical journey began at 14 after discovering his talent for singing, fueled by a childhood love for African music. Growing up, he immersed himself in the sounds of artists like King Sunny Ade, ASA, 2face Idibia, 9ice and Olamide. He then started blending the influences of life in both Nigeria and Sweden with these African rhythms, which inspired him to release his debut single, "Jabo," at the young age of 17. Dare Sweet moved to Stockholm, Sweden, before relocating to Växjö to enroll in Linnea University. Since starting his career in music in 2009, he has earned opportunities to perform alongside the likes of Davido, Busy Signal, Marlon Asher and Gyptian, as well as being chosen to perform in London alongside Olamide,  Krept & Konan and Kojo Funds.
