Lito Figueroa has been accompanying names like Remo Jazz, Maria Martha Serra Lima, Fernando Hubiergo, Carmina Canavino, Ellen de Lima, Angel Israel, Celso Blues Boy, Eliana Pittman, Sandra de Sá, Baby Consuelo, Tim Maia, Tânia Alves, and Elimar Santos, having also performed in the orchestras of Maestro Cipó, Guido Moraes, and Agostinho Silva. As a keyboardist, pianist, and arranger he has recorded and performed with Elza Soares, Zeca Pagodinho, Caetano Veloso, Ângela Maria, Eliana Pittman, Chico Batera, Kara Metade, and Elimar Santos, among others. He started as a professional at 15, playing in several orchestras in his hometown. In La Banda Azul, he reached the hit parades of the '80s. At 20, he was invited to back Carmina Canavino on her international tour, which started in Lima (Peru) and finished in Niterói (Brazil), when he settled in Rio. In that period, he performed several times in Europe, accompanying artists like Ellen de Lima, Angel Israel, and others.
