Kwame Haze also known as Big Kwame is a born and raised Hiram Clarke, Tx artist. Born in the 70’s he decided to begin his rap career in the summer of 1989. Young and eager to be heard he always had a musical knack that burned in his heart and soul which comes from his father who played in a music band many years ago. Kwame’s rap style is cultivated through poetical lyrics right from his heart which speaks of life experiences and imaginative writing skills. Kwame’s musical talent skills were developed in grade school where he played the trumpet, saxophone, and drums. Kwame was raised in the infamous neighborhood Hiram Clarke, Texas, home of Rap Artist; like Big Mello, and Big Steve “(MAFIO)” (R.I.P). Kwame’s art is a true expression of himself, his family, community and groups like Street Military, 20-2 Life and Ideal which gave him the opportunity to collaborate with them. Kwame’s other featured projects include: Mr. Sin, Presidential Records, Crest Mob, Buda Music, PSK-13, BP. D-Cappo, Trunk Muzik, Desperados, Harvey Luv, Ronnetta Spencer (R.I.P), Black Mike, Yungstar SUC, Wilean, and a number of underground artist’s and projects. Kwame’s plan for the future is to continue to be an artists, open a community center in his neighbor hood and inspire young minds in music, tutoring, and entrepreneurship.
