In just a few years, Neida has established himself as one of the rising stars of the French electronic music scene. Thanks to notable releases on a diversity of European record labels (from Nehza Records to Maloca Records, including Bad Tips, Scuffed Recordings, Le Ciel Records…), the Bordeaux-based producer embodies a new wave of artists who are as comfortable in the studio as they are behind the decks. Neida, who feeds the USB sticks of many of his peers—as was the case with his rave anthem 'False Nostalgia,' which was played at numerous festivals and European clubs in 2023—also masters the art of the dancefloor. Drawing inspiration from the best (from the legendary virtuosity of Ben UFO to the technical prowess of Batu and the versatility of CCL), Neida looks to England for the sounds that define his style, blending sharp breaks, techno realms, pronounced basslines, and constant rhythmic play. His tracks and sets, balancing between frenzy and melancholy, reflect the musical eclecticism of his youth when he used to learn to drum. Seen at various festivals and major venues of French and European club culture, Neida also has a special connection with the Bordeaux-based IBOAT, where he is a resident. It is in this city, in the South-West of France, that he co-founded SUPER Daronne, a collective that has been stirring up Bordeaux's nightlife since 2017 and is also behind the Supercamp festival.
