Krage, Kristel Peijnenborg, ignores musical and geographical boundaries in favor of a globally minded interpretation. Her innovative fusion of vocals that criss-cross the globe reflects her curiosity of emerging herself into cultures, music genres and art disciplines. Born in Tilburg (NL) and currently based in Málaga (ES). She vocalizes, raps, invents words, improvises, writes poetic in a mix of self-made language, English, French, Spanish, Jamaican Patois and Quechua. Widely praised by a collaboration with the Dutch multi-instrumentalist, composer and producer Solo Moderna, she has extended her voice to the release of the 7” inch single debut introducing ‘Planeta de Roca’ and ‘Palabras’ in March 2024 labeled by Galletas Caliente Records. As introduction to the forthcoming album ‘Daïsm’ of Solo moderna in May 2024, the ‘Pongolongo' song arrived, April 2024. The album is a homage to the universal nature of artistry. 8 of the 16 tracks are composed with Krage's poetic approaches with her sense of storytelling. Krage's autobiographical translation after a jungle stay close to the source in the Amazon. Creativity emerges from this raw jungle. A narrative creates a symphony where a beat resonates like wild beast and a drum mimics the soothing patter of rain.
