Rhyan LaMarr is a visionary music producer and rapper bringing the sounds of Chicago to the world stage. His songs include the epic Chosen, featuring other artists such as Shirley Murdock, Bizzle, and Manwell Reyes. His collaborators include Social Club Misfits, 1K Phew, Da Brat, Twista, Jonathan McReynolds, Destorm Power, Tauren Wells, Don Benjamin, and many more chart-topping talents. He co-produced the soundtracks for his feature films Restored Me and Canal Street alongside Oscar nominee Amir Windom. Growing up during the 1990s, Rhyan learned to transcend the trappings of Chicago street life through music and movies. Inspired by midwest heroes like Common and Bone Thugs N Harmony he began writing and producing his own music while in high school. His talents brought him to Columbia College, where he became one of the first in his family to attend college, and then move to Los Angeles where he honed his craft by recording in his apartment. Since then, he’s contributed to over $10 million of revenue for Sony, Universal Music Group, RCA Records, and Concord Music Group. In addition to creating his own music, Rhyan directs and produces music videos for other top talents including Snow Tha Product, Social Club Misfits, 1K Phew, Wayne Brady, and more. Rhyan now counts over 15 years of experience producing films including long-form music videos, features, shorts, reality shows, and programs. No matter what the venture, it’s always music that drives the vision of Rhyan LaMarr.
