Kasia Konstance is an emerging singer-songwriter and flautist whose music draws on soul, jazz and RnB. Growing up in a musical family, Kasia began her career at age 8 playing lead roles in productions at the Musical Theatre in her hometown of Lublin. After taking part in various jazz workshops in her early teens, Kasia fell in love with jazz and soul, with early influences such as Ella Fitzgerald, Blossom Dearie, Stevie Wonder and Lauryn Hill remaining sources of inspiration today. Inspired by her older brother, Kasia gravitated towards Hip Hop and RnB and soaked in the music of D’Angelo, J Dilla, Mos Def and Erykah Badu. Her debut EP 'Cosmic Dust' has received great reviews and radio plays. It has been supported by various outlets, including BBC Radio 6 Music, BBC Radio 2, BBC London, Jazz FM, Rinse FM, Reprezent Radio, Worldwide FM, Bandcamp, Soho Radio, Japanese J-Wave, Brazilian Alpha FM, and South African YFM. She has supported Richard Spaven at The Jazz Café, played at many festivals, including We Out Here, Wild Paths Festival, and EFG London Jazz Festival, and headlined Greenwich Peninsula Jazz Weekender, PizzaExpress Jazz Club, Pop Brixton and Royal Albert Dock. Kasia is also a part of the all-female disco-jazz collective, @All Day Breakfast Cafe, where she plays flute. The vocalist is back with her first single, "Don't Call Me (On My Birthday)," featuring Dylan Jones. This song is the first track from her upcoming EP, which will be released in June 2023.
